How it is counted: every seat of every decided ranked EU lobby Vantage stored that week (Monday to Sunday, UTC), not only players who use Vantage. An agent is named only when its win rate's 95% range (Wilson) lies wholly above or below 50% over at least 100 games; agents are tested over all ranks together, so a weekly chance finding is rare. A week without such a finding has no story.
