Am I hardstuck?
Maybe not. Valorant matches you on a hidden rating, not on the rank you see, and it moves your rank toward that rating over time. Two numbers you can check show which way it is pulling: how strong your lobbies are next to your rank, and what a win pays next to what a loss costs.

Signs you're climbing, even if it doesn't feel like it
Your lobbies are above your rank — the other nine players are, on average, a division or more higher than you. And your wins pay more RR than your losses cost, say +22 for a win against −15 for a loss. When both hold, the system already rates you above your rank: keep playing, the rank follows the rating.
Signs it's your level right now
Your lobbies sit at or below your rank, and losses cost as much as wins pay or more. That is not a curse on your account; it is the system placing you where your recent games put you. The way up is the games themselves — Vantage's coaching shows which maps, agents and habits are costing you rounds.
What Vantage checks
The lobby check compares your lobbies' average rank with yours over your last 20 games, and your RR per win with your RR per loss. It only says something when both point the same way and there are enough games to read — at least 10. Otherwise it stays silent rather than guessing.
It is free, needs no login, and reads only public match data. Anyone can remove their profile from Vantage at any time.
